Bernard Tan
Chairman
Mr. Bernard Tan is the Chairman of Golden Philanthropies, leading the organisation’s mission execution, strategic planning, and overall objectives. In addition to his role at Golden Philanthropies, he serves as Chairman of Sustainability Committee at Asia Pulp & Paper (APP) and Country President of the Sinar Mas Group in Singapore.
A former Singapore military general, Mr. Tan remains active in community and public service, serving as Chairman of the Catholic Junior College Management Committee, President of the Football Association of Singapore and a board member of Singapore Sports School.

Tony Kettinger
Board Director
Mr. Kettinger oversees financial governance, approvals, and expenditure management, ensuring the responsible and transparent use of resources. He is also Chief Operating Officer at Golden Agri-Resources (GAR), based in Singapore.

Lena Chia
Board Director
Ms. Chia leads personnel selection and organisational endorsement, playing a key role in ensuring strong leadership across the organisation. At Golden Energy and Resources (GEAR), she plays a pivotal role in Human Resources and spearheads HR strategy, talent development, and workforce planning.
